Team Cleaning
SMYLiES employs over 30 trained cleaning technicians and housekeepers. We cross-train our staff at multiple site locations and promote a team-cleaning concept. This maximizes efficiency, eliminates absenteeism in case of a call-off, creates accountability and improves worker morale.
Daily Supply Delivery
SMYLiES fleet of service vehicles and dedicated delivery personnel ensure that the buildings we
service are fully stocked with the supplies necessary to perform our daily and nightly tasks.
Security
SMYLiES performs all our services in house. We do not sub-contract our services to independent contractors. By performing all our services internally, we can provide our customers the assurance that they are receiving higher security levels, properly trained personnel, guaranteed workers compensation protection and valid business liability coverage.
